Terms & conditions

These terms govern all bookings made with DinagSky Tours Ltd (Tourism Authority of Mauritius licence #TA-2019-04187), a company incorporated in Mauritius with registered office at Royal Road, Grand Baie.

By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms on behalf of every person in your party. We may amend these terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.

Prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive of Mauritian VAT where applicable. We may refuse boarding to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or acting in a way that endangers themselves or others. In such cases no refund is due.

Photographs taken during tours may be used on our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't use images of you, tell your guide on the day.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Port Louis.
