Cancellation & refund policy

You may cancel any booking free of charge up to the free-cancellation window shown on the tour page (typically 24 or 48 hours before departure). We refund in full to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Cancellations inside the free-cancellation window forfeit the deposit but not the balance. No-shows forfeit the full amount.

If we cancel a tour for weather, safety, or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking at your choice. We make the call by 20:00 the evening before, or by 06:00 on the day for early departures, and we contact you by WhatsApp and email.

Refunds are processed to the original card. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
